- Prices & Products All prices on our website and in-store are in Euros, including VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and product availability at any time without prior notice.
- Ordering Orders can be placed through our website or by phone. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed by a customer.
- Payments Payments can be made through our website or in-store. We accept payment methods such as iDEAL, credit card, and bank transfer. Orders will only be processed after payment has been received.
- Delivery We strive to deliver orders as soon as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on the location and availability of products. We are not liable for any delays caused by third-party delivery services.
- Warranty We offer a warranty on our products according to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. Customers must report any defects or damages to us within 14 days of receipt of the product.
- Complaints If you have any complaints regarding our products or services, please contact our customer support team by email or phone. We will do our best to resolve any issues as soon as possible. EXCEPTION: All types of hair (both synthetic and human hair), wigs, and extensions cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
- Liability We are not liable for any damages or losses caused by the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the products or services purchased by the customer.
- Applicable law Dutch law applies to every agreement between Hair Deluxe Cosmetics and the customer. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved by the competent court in The Hague.
